I’m currently undergoing chemotherapy and activities I can do with my children is limited due to my energy levels. When I seen the fluid project I knew it’s oils be a perfect gift for my kids and the perfect way to make a memory for them to have for ever. The quality of the bears is amazing! The colours are so vibrant and the whole process is easy to do. My kids are 6 and 8 and absolutely loved every minute of making these.
After putting up a really bad review about lack of customer service, through many contact avenues. I was finally contacted. I am retracting my other review due to them replacing missing part and also taking the responsibility of dropping the ball and taking everything about improving their customer service on board. I love that they took the responsibility of failing to respond in a timely manner, and mot blaming it on Covid or other current events. Which is prevalent in a lot of companies now, ready to blame others instead of taking bad reviews or criticism on board and in fact trying to improve their company, and acknowledging that their customers are what keeps them in business, although I don’t believe in the old saying the customer is always right. So this experience dealing with them was 100% better. Well done.

I've ordered 2 DIY kits and received 1 wrong keyring. I've sent email regarding it and 10 days later I am still waiting for a reply. Understand mistakes happen, but i am disappointed in the communication and how unresponsive of the team.
