Was shipped to me quite quickly. Only the small coin box was mixing the insert piece. I have tried to contact the company- yet can’t find a phone number as that was my last resort to phone them about the issue. I emailed them on email on website- no response. I messaged them on their Facebook no response. Will try the other platforms. So the lack of customer service and the difficulty in getting hold of them- means I probably won’t purchase again.
